USA Summer Camp

Hello everyone,

I realise that this post is really close to the last one I posted but I just wanted to alert my fellow students to a work and student development opportunity taking place this summer.

There are opportunities for students to take part in a USA summer camp, which is an incredible opportunity for individuals to ‘try something new, improve teaching or leadership skills and travel the states’. The role will be that of a camp counsellor where you will participate in sports and other activities with children.

So whether you like the thought of gaining some teaching experience, coaching sports or some leisure and hospitality experience this may be for you! This gives you an opportunity to have a great experience, develop new skills and enhance your CV and make it stand out to potential employers. Not to mention the chance to travel to the U.S.

If you think this may be for you then there is a talk happening in Keir Hardie, Room 216, TONIGHT between 17.00-18.00. If you quite fancy the opportunity, then go along and get some more information. This could be something exciting to do over the summer whilst also developing your own employability skills and experience.

Thanks for reading.
